Established in 2018, Savoy Counseling & Wellness is a place of acceptance, validation and growth.  As a small group practice, we are able to provide a more personal touch to our work, including increased flexiblity and availablity to established clients.   Both of our clinicians are Licensed Clinical Social Workers with over 20 years of experience each.

Jamie Donsbach, MA, LCSW (owner/therapist)

Jamie has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2004.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Purdue University in 2000.  Jamie earned her Master of Arts degree from the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago in 2002.  She lives in Champaign with her husband and two children.


Jamie works with adults, children, and families. She draws upon several different theories of practice within her clinical work including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.  Jamie's approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based.  When working with children, she utilizes interventions such as art and play therapy techniques to allow opportunities for creative expression.

Amy CABBAGE, msw, lcsw (tHERAPIST)

 Amy has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2006.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Illinois State University in 1993.  Amy earned her Master of Social Work degree from the School of Social Work at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002.  


Amy works with individuals, families and groups of all ages.  She especially enjoys working with children and utilizes play-focused interventions.   She draws from an eclectic model of practice, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma-informed therapy.
